Josh is a third-generation farmer, who currently resides on a livestock farm with cattle, sheep, horses and chickens in Princeton, Minnesota., with his wife and children. He also serves as the President and Founder at Windland Flats (breeding stock and show stock), Co-founder of Highland Genetics (embryo and semen sales). President and Founder of Krenz Consulting, and President and Founder of Krenz Livestock Appraisers. At the beginning of his career with Bader Rutter & Associates, the largest agriculture marketing services agency in North America, Josh focused on livestock and companion animals. Next, Josh spent 9 years with Land O’Lakes, one of the largest dairy co-operatives in the USA. He then ventured into the above mentioned livestock entrepreneurial businesses. Through his extensive knowledge of animal sciences and the business side of livestock, Josh has developed the tools and processes required to successfully appraise and determine the fare market value of livestock and livestock assets. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture marketing communications with a minor in animal science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University.
